Providing a practical and effective approach to juggling and adapting to menopause, guests can enjoy workshops in the management of your menopausal and peri-menopausal journey.

Our friendly team of professionals are here to help you get the most out of your stay by providing guidance and support in navigating this crucial life-changing time in a woman’s life. Together we provide a warm, relaxing environment and offer you our best holistic therapies, including reiki, massage and reflexology. Combined with good food, (optional) yoga and meditation classes, time in our sauna and soothing hot-tub, your menopause retreat will become an oasis of relief and refuge.

Our workshops aim to help women who are at the various stages of peri-menopause and menopause. It’s an interactive and informal course lasting approx 9 hours over 2 days. It’s a good opportunity to get help, get informed, share and have fun. No subjects are banned.

The course is designed so that everyone goes away with a better understanding, knowledge to help them reduce symptoms and the tools to further investigate themselves if they choose.

What to expect on this retreat

Your Menopause retreat is all inclusive of food, hot-tub, sauna, workshops and classes and a complimentary glass of vegan wine with supper if desired.

All towels, robes and slippers are provided. Our Norfolk Farmhouse toiletries are available for guests to use.

Just bring your bathers and comfy clothes for yoga and learning.
